From Texas

- Fly into Philadelphia International Airport.

- Then rent a car and drive wherever you like!

- Or take the R1 train from the airport into Center City Philly.

- - - and then take the R3 to Media and have Grandma pick you up. (That's the closest you'll get to Chadds Ford on public trans.)

- - - or take the R2 to Wilmington. The train station is in downtown Wilmington, a cab ride away from hotels and the wedding venue. There is also limited R2 service to Newark.

From NYC

- Drive about 2.5 hours on the glorious Jersey Turnpike!

- Or Amtrack goes to Wilmington and to Newark, but is a little pricey.

- You can also take New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor Line to Philly via Trenton, and then switch to the R2 local to Wilmington/Newark. (You'll switch in Trenton from a NJT train to a Septa train.)
